Back to the future: We are deeply into our architectural ideas right now, as we have found a great team of architects, whom we believe are the perfect ones for us! There are three of them involved in the project now, and we look forward to introducing them to you in one of our upcoming newsletters.
At the same time, we are working hard on our business plan which includes weekly skype calls with our excellent business consultant Felix. Whom we will also introduce in a future post!
Of course we did a smaller version of a business plan for ourselves before starting the project. It was to a great deal based on guesses and wishes but nevertheless showed us that our idea was viable.
Now we are working on The Real Thing, based on reality and researched numbers and ideas. It does involve some dull work, but is mostly very exciting and eye-opening. We are getting super impatient to move forward with the whole project as the numbers indicate that it is very viable and the ideas we have for the Resort are so exciting! We want to see them becoming reality NOW!
So patience is the word of the day.
On top of all of that, we are often off to the town hall or different government offices to apply for all the necessary papers one needs for an endeavour such as ours in a new country.
We have decided not to let such dreary activities bring us down, so whenever we have to drive an hour to Marbella to visit one of our consultants we have lunch at a nice chiringuito on the beach and hop into the sea. This way we get a free mini-holiday all inclusive 🙂
